Zane's One-of-a-Kind Amazing Urn is in the Works

Wow. Y'all ready for something uber cool?? Well, have I got something for you! Just got an update from Daniel Dubois, who's one of the two-man team making Zane's urn from his skate pals' old skate decks. If you don't know what the hell I'm on about, Daniel is a wood turner/craftsman and he came up with a super cool idea to make Zane's urn one-of-a-kind. So, Zane's friends donated old decks to me and Daniel and his project partner, Michael, have gotten started.

The first step was to remove the grip tape and some sanding. As you can see, then the colour of the decks (before being plywood dipped) shines! Then, all the shiny, coloured decks will be stacked and epoxied together, a block made, and then it will hit the lathe to become the masterpiece it will be. So cool, right?
