Meet the new ZANER Car Phone Case!

You guys. I’m in all the feels right now. Recently, I bought a new (to me) car to replace the ZANER car which was totaled. I wanted a car just like it and found it. Bought another CRV from a sweet girl and her husband who are moving to Colorado. When I heard that, I told her about Zane and his plans to move to Colorado. I shared his story with her and as a mom to mom, we bonded.
Last night, she came over to my house and presented me with a gift. Who gives someone a gift when they buy their car? So we go outside by the lake and I open the gift. And it’s a new case for my phone (she had asked me about what phone I had a week or so ago and I didn’t know why).
It’s a handmade design of Zane skating with angel wings in the mountains of Colorado. I fell apart. I couldn’t believe what a sweet gesture that was. I’m overwhelmed by the kindness she and her husband have bestowed upon me. Here’s a photo of us with the case and the car keys.
I had already named the car Colorado and now every single day I will see this when using my phone and think of them and Zane. They promise to keep in touch and keep Zane in their hearts.
Beautiful people exist and it’s a joy when paths cross with them.
